Sweet Legacy presents a summer camp for the whole family! Join us for 2 Days of Fun at our Virtual Family Cooking Camp. Register today for only $45.00 per family/household. Bring the family together or join yours online to make a summer memory that could last a lifetime! A grocery list, class information, and Zoom login will be sent prior to the class day.

June 25th (6:30pm CST) - Little Italy Night Learn to make mouthwatering Pasta Carbonara, Cheesy Garlic Bread, and Shrimp Skewers that will leave you wanting more!

July 2nd (6:30pm CST) - Kickin' Chicken Night  - Oven Fried Chicken, Cauliflower Fried Rice, and a Garden Salad topped with Honey Lime Dressing. This meal will culminate with a delicious dessert that will end any meal with a bang!

Family Cooking Class

Tierra Alexander, is Founder/CEO of Sweet Legacy LLC. She loves bringing people together in the kitchen by creating opportunities for families and friends to work side by side. Tierra is a PhD student at LSU. Her research in social work is on family connectedness with an emphasis on how food brings family together. Through Sweet Legacy, Tierra, has been a regular vendor at the Fried Chicken Festival,  Beignet Fest and other local events. Her most popular dish is Fried Chicken and Beignets with Sweet Legacy's Signature Honey Pecan Glaze. A part of the proceeds from her business helps her mission work to provide shared cooking experiences for foster families. When asked about her work, Tierra calls herself a "social worker in the kitchen." Her greatest joy is seeing people create something they love and share it with others.
